The ideal candidate will have previous labor experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist painters with project preparation and cleanup
Move materials, equipment, and supplies throughout job sites
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and covering areas as needed
Load and unload tools, paint, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous labor, construction, painting, landscaping, or related experience required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and working on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Clean background check required
Ability to work well with a team and follow directions
