Sales Assistant

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a sales assistant for a local Tyler company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Guide prospective buyers through model homes, available inventory, homesites, and community features.

• Coordinate customer appointments, follow-up meetings, and builder consultations.

• Monitor and update community information, inventory details, website content, and construction progress records.

• Photograph homes throughout various stages of construction and assist with buyer updates.

• Prepare reports related to community activity, inventory, and listings.

• Assist with open houses, realtor events, and other community marketing initiatives.

• Utilize company software to access, maintain, and organize buyer and inventory records.

• Support the Sales Executive with daily administrative and sales-related activities.

• Maintain knowledge of company processes, homeowner resources, and community offerings to effectively assist customers.

• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma with a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, retail, spa, country club or reception.

•  A valid driver’s license 

• A Texas Real Estate license is not required.

• Ability to work weekends and some holidays is required.

• Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

•  High level of verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
