We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in Argos, IN. This position supports the production of plastic packaging products by monitoring production lines, performing quality inspections, packaging finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Monitor production lines and ensure equipment is running efficiently.
Inspect bottles and finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy.
Package finished products according to production requirements.
Clear bottle jams and assist with minor production issues.
Replenish packaging materials and supplies as needed.
Move finished goods using proper material handling equipment.
Verify labeling and packaging requirements are met.
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with cleaning, warehouse activities, inventory organization, and maintenance support during machine downtime.
Cross-train in multiple production areas and assist where needed.
Follow all safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Work overtime as needed to support production goals.
Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
Stable work history preferred.
Previous employment of 9–12 months or longer is preferred.
Entry-level candidates may be considered with strong attendance and work history.
Basic math skills required.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
Ability to learn new processes quickly.
Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Flexible and willing to learn different production areas.
Team player who takes pride in producing quality products.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment.
Ability to safely work around production equipment and machinery.
