Furniture Assembler

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Evaluation Period: Approximately 4 months

We are seeking reliable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble upholstered furniture components such as armrests, seat cushions, and other parts using hand tools, including pneumatic staple guns. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to be hired on permanently.

Responsibilities

Assemble furniture components, including armrests, seat cushions, and other upholstered parts.
Safely operate a pneumatic staple gun and other basic hand tools.
Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the worksite.
