CNC Press Brake Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a manufacturing team on third shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment, producing precision metal components, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Duties

• Set up press brake tooling and document tooling configurations as required
• Verify machine settings to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances
• Operate CNC press brake equipment for production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, manuals, and work specifications
• Determine dimensions, tolerances, and operation sequences for production jobs
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Handle and move metal materials and completed parts as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous CNC press brake setup and operation experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, gauges, and related inspection equipment
• Basic CAD/CAM knowledge preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for machine operation and material handling
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to safely handle large metal parts and materials
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Third Shift
• Sunday through Thursday
• Hours: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
