G Driver (Flatbed) – Hamilton, ON

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift

Our client, a well-established leader in the building supply industry, is currently seeking an experienced G Class Driver to join their Hamilton team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and has experience operating a flatbed truck.

What You Will Be Doing

• Safely operate a G Class flatbed truck to complete local deliveries.
• Deliver building materials to residential, commercial, and construction sites.
• Secure loads using straps and ensure all materials are transported safely.
• Load and unload materials as required, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and on-time service.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at delivery locations.
• Follow all Ministry of Transportation regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
• Previous experience operating a flatbed truck is required.
• Experience delivering building materials or construction products is considered a strong asset.
• Comfortable securing loads using straps and tie-down equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong knowledge of Hamilton and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
