Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking a DISPATCHER/SUPPORT REP for a well-established HVAC company in the city of Downey, CA.

*THIS IS NOT A RETAIL CSR SETTING - DISPATCHER EXPERIENCE MUST REFLECT ON APP/RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED*

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Employment Type: LONG TERM, temp to permanent hire

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching techs according to their schedule
• Answering incoming service/maintenance calls and adjusting technicians schedule as needed
• Maintain master permit spreadsheet w/recordkeeping of all mechanical permits
• Scanning documents, maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Perform other office tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years dispatcher experience
• Strong data entry abilities (45+ WPM)
• Bilingual REQUIRED (fluent English and Spanish)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge in Excel
