Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Pool Technician to join a growing company in Zephyrhills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is looking to learn a skilled trade. No prior pool experience is required—the company provides three weeks of hands-on training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Inspect pool equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Empty skimmer baskets and vacuum pools as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each job site
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required
