Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Generator Technician to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who can provide quality service and support to customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

✅ Perform daily maintenance and major repair tasks on fleet equipment
✅ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues effectively
✅ Utilize manufacturer-specific diagnostic software to program and troubleshoot control systems
✅ Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
✅ Travel to jobsites to perform maintenance and repairs on fleet and customer-owned equipment
✅ Maintain assigned service vehicle, including cleaning, routine maintenance, minor repairs, and daily inspections
✅ Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain high customer satisfaction
✅ Promote a strong safety culture and serve as a role model for safe work practices
✅ Work collaboratively with other technicians and assist in training team members to improve turnaround times and equipment availability
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

✔ Valid Driver’s License Required
✔ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Safety-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to travel to job sites as needed
