Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support production team leaders and associates.
• Monitor daily production to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Troubleshoot production delays, quality concerns, and safety issues.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
• Promote teamwork, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and a positive work environment.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain efficient production flow.
• Assist with employee evaluations, coaching, and staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or related certifications preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Must be comfortable spending the majority of the shift on the production floor leading and supporting employees.
