As a commission-driven HVAC Technician, you’ll handle both residential and commercial HVAC systems, from maintenance and repairs to new replacement and IAQ sales. This isn’t just technical work; it’s also a customer-focused, sales-driven role where you educate clients and recommend solutions. Every visit is an opportunity to earn more, build trust, and establish lasting customer relationships. We want the best for our customers.
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, and install parts for HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients, offering ancillary products including duct renovations, indoor air quality, water heaters and attic insulation.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and advise on upgrades
  • Leverage your sales skills to promote system improvements and new installations
  • Provide excellent customer service, building trust with each client interaction
  • Complete work on electronic work orders filling in work notes, customer details and before and after photos
Job requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driver's record
  • Ability to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
