Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing e-commerce company in Hudson, Florida. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee online marketplace operations, Shopify management, inventory control, and live selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings using List Perfectly across multiple online marketplaces.
• Oversee and coordinate live selling operations using Selmo.
• Maintain and optimize Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.
• Develop strategies to improve live selling performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Manage inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple sales channels.
• Create and implement scalable operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support daily e-commerce operations and continued business growth.

• Selmo
• Live selling or live commerce operations
• Inventory management
• Online marketplace management, including:
  • Whatnot
  • eBay
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Poshmark
  • Mercari
  • Depop

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• OBS
• Restream
• Canva
• AI tools for content creation or business operations
• Product photography or photo editing
• Social media management
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development
• Team leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
