Salary: $20.00

Sorter/General Laborer – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Forklift experience required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to learn and identify different types of metals and their proper sorting locations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Experience working around industrial equipment
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Work on the sorting table, identifying and separating materials
• Assist with operating and maintaining the baler
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support other yard and processing operations as needed
