Express Employment is hiring an assistant Janitor with light Maintenance experience ASAP for a client of ours!

This is a PART-TIME evaluation to hire opportunity. This would be perfect for someone retired who just wants to work two days during the week.

Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE

Schedule: Two days a week - Monday and Tuesday (plus on call when available for coverage)

Job Description:
This person will be covering for the Maintenance Manager on their days off and helping with projects like painting, cleaning storage units and the bathroom, putting stickers for notices, cleaning the yard, lifting doors, driving a golf cart to keep an eye on property, pick up garbage, and rare lock cutting. Someone with a handyman background could fit well in this role.
