Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including tripped breakers, damaged extension cords, and faulty equipment while following proper lockout/tagout procedures.
• Inspect buildings and facilities for structural concerns, including damaged door frames, sheet metal siding, and other maintenance-related issues.
• Repair and replace equipment components, including wheels, forks, and attachments on telehandlers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
• Interpret equipment error codes and complete necessary repairs or escalate issues when needed.
• Replace air filters and complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inspect tools and PPE for damage and remove defective equipment from service.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Accurately document maintenance and repair activities using Microsoft Excel.
• Work closely with the Facility Maintenance Lead to maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous facility, industrial, or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair experience.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
