Location: Simi Valley, CA
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)

Join a busy distribution center where you'll help prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying productive throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Build shipping boxes and prepare orders for shipment
• Tape and package products
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Cross-train into other warehouse departments as performance is demonstrated

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift light to heavy products (depending on assignment)
• English communication skills required
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday–Friday with occasional optional Saturdays
• Overtime available during peak season
