Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring dependable Load & Unload Associates for a busy warehouse and distribution facility. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
Move products and materials throughout the warehouse manually or with pallet jacks.
Sort, stage, and organize freight for shipping and receiving.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
Stack, wrap, and secure pallets for storage or transportation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
