Express Employment Professionals is partnering with SunOpta to recruit an Production Workers and Mixer Operators for their growing manufacturing team. Pay

• $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker with Suopta, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining food product packaging equipment while ensuring products meet the highest quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate Mixer and processing equipment.
• Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and clear material jams.
• Complete quality inspections and food safety checks.
• Monitor raw materials and production supplies.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist team members as needed to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred (but not required): 2+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Climb stairs and work throughout a manufacturing facility.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Comfortable working around food allergens and production equipment.
