We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers and coordinate daily service operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with internal teams, drivers, and service partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, scheduling, and customer accounts.
• Assist clients via phone, email, and text with bookings, quotes, and service requests.
• Process billing, receipts, confirmations, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data entry.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor ongoing operations and respond to real-time changes or issues.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support affiliate and third-party service coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard business software.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, logistics, travel, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
