Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Vacation Rental Quality Inspector to support vacation rental operations along the Gulf Coast. This position is responsible for inspecting rental homes and units after housekeeping is completed to ensure they meet cleanliness, readiness, and guest satisfaction standards before arrival.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working independently while visiting different properties throughout Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Responsibilities

✅ Inspect vacation rental homes and rooms after housekeeping is completed
✅ Ensure units meet quality and guest-ready standards
✅ Identify any missed cleaning items, supply needs, or areas requiring attention
✅ Communicate issues and needed corrections to the appropriate team members
✅ Complete inspections efficiently (approximately 30 minutes per unit depending on size)
✅ Drive between properties using a personal vehicle
✅ Maintain accurate inspection notes and updates

Requirements

✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✅ Must use personal vehicle for property inspections
✅ Open availability, including weekends required
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
✅ Dependable and self-motivated with ability to work independently
✅ Professional communication skills

Work Environment

✅ Travel between vacation rental properties in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach
✅ Independent role with minimal supervision
✅ Requires walking through homes, standing, and moving throughout properties
✅ Fast-paced environment focused on guest experience and quality standards
