Our client, a well-established agricultural produce company in Abbotsford, is looking for a Class 1 Driver to provide vacation coverage for one week. There is a possibility the assignment may be extended, although this is not guaranteed.

Schedule

• Dates: July 26 – August 1
• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate a day cab tractor with a 53' trailer (automatic transmission).
• Complete up to two cross-border trips per day between Mt. Lehman and Lynden, WA.
• Complete occasional local deliveries to Chilliwack.
• No loading or unloading required.
• Border paperwork is prepared by the client's office staff.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence.
• Valid Canadian Passport.
• Eligible to cross the U.S. border.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Safe driving abstract and professional attitude.
