Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Housekeeping Quality Inspector to support a growing housekeeping team in Daphne. This position is responsible for inspecting guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and readiness standards before guest arrival. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

✅ Inspect guest rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met
✅ Verify rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for guest check-in
✅ Identify and communicate areas needing attention or correction
✅ Complete touch-ups and minor corrections as needed
✅ Restock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared
✅ Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain quality standards
✅ Support daily housekeeping operations as needed

Requirements

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
✅ Ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues
✅ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
✅ Comfortable working weekends with weekdays off

✅ Requires walking throughout guest rooms and common areas
