Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well established health products manufacturer. Our client is seeking two dependable Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to join their warehouse team.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
- Complete shipping and receiving activities
- Use RF scanners to process inventory transactions
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Follow all GMP, safety, and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with an excellent attendance record
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
- GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 55 lbs
- Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
Safety Requirements
Candidates must be willing to comply with all workplace safety requirements, including:
- Steel toe boots
- Respirator or mask (provided)
- Medical clearance for respirator fit testing
- WHMIS certification
- Criminal background check
- Drug and alcohol testing
