Express Employment Professionals Fraser Valley is looking for an energetic, relationship driven Employment Specialist to join our growing team.

As an Employment Specialist, you will recruit and place candidates into a wide variety of Light Industrial and Skilled Trades positions across multiple industries throughout the Fraser Valley. Every day is different. You'll work with manufacturers, warehouses, transportation companies, construction businesses, food processors, and industrial employers to help them find exceptional talent while helping people build meaningful careers.

What You'll Do

Recruitment , Talent Acquisition and client development

• Recruit, interview, screen, and place candidates for Light Industrial and Skilled Trades positions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future client needs.
• Conduct outbound recruiting and client development calls daily.
• Develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Present Express Employment Professionals' staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Support outside sales activities through lead generation, candidate marketing, and account management.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals professionally at networking events, job fairs, and community events when required.

Client Relationship Management

• Work closely with existing clients to understand hiring needs
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding candidate progress
• Support client recruitment strategies and workforce planning
• Follow up with clients and associates to ensure successful placements
• Resolve workplace concerns professionally and efficiently

Recruitment Sales & Business Development Support

• Conduct outbound calls to recruit candidates and support client staffing requirements
• Build relationships with new and existing candidates
• Promote Express Employment Professionals' staffing solutions
• Support the Business Development team by identifying hiring opportunities and presenting talent solutions

Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our CRM and Applicant Tracking System
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Keep recruitment activities organized and up to date
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment standards

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and performs well in a busy, constantly changing environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, inside sales, customer service, or relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients throughout the day
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and competing priorities
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional, positive, and confident attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience using recruiting or CRM software is considered an asset

Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities
