☀️ 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
🌙 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Handwork Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bay Minette. This position involves assembling products, stacking materials, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn machine operations and grow within the facility.

Responsibilities

✅ Assemble partitions and stack pads according to production standards
✅ Apply glue and operate presses as needed
✅ Assist with loading materials onto production equipment
✅ Measure materials using a tape measure
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
✅ Work with team members to meet daily production goals
✅ Learn additional machine operation responsibilities as skills develop

Requirements

✅ Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
✅ Ability to occasionally lift at least 25 lbs
✅ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
✅ Ability to read a tape measure preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Must be available for day or night shift opportunities

Preferred Skills:
⭐ Machine operation experience
⭐ Lift truck/forklift experience a plus

Work Environment

✅ Fast-paced manufacturing environment
✅ Requires standing and repetitive movement throughout the shift
✅ Hands-on production role with opportunities to learn new skills
