Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Shop Helper for a growing team in Foley. This position starts in the shop learning the process, handling materials, and assisting with daily operations. As skills and experience are gained, there will be opportunities to join field crews.

Glass experience is a plus, but strong carpentry and hands-on skills are required.

Responsibilities

✅ Assist with shop operations and daily production tasks
✅ Handle, organize, and prepare materials
✅ Assist with loading and unloading materials
✅ Support crew members with projects as experience is gained
✅ Use basic hand tools and carpentry skills
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work area
✅ Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

✅ Carpentry or construction experience required
✅ Strong hands-on skills and ability to work with tools
✅ Ability to learn new skills and processes
✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✅ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Work Environment

✅ Shop-based position with opportunity to move into field work
✅ Fast-paced, hands-on environment
✅ Requires physical activity including lifting, standing, and moving materials
✅ Glass experience is preferred but not required
