Position Summary 

We are seeking an eager and reliable individual for our entry levelProduction Assembly Operatorposition to join our client's electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. 
  • Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team. 
  • Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered. 
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment. 
  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. 
  • Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained. 

Qualifications 

  • High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus. 
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes is a plus. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions. 
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines. 
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. 

Working Conditions 

  • Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing production setting. 
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels, machinery, and tools 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. 
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
