Lathe Machinist

Located in Olympia, WA

Salary: $20-$35hr DOE

Express is now hiring for a CNC Lathe Machinist at a company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity. The schedule will be Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 8:00PM. The compensation for this position will be $20-$35/HR DOE. Job Duties:

• • Program, setup and run Multi-Axis CNC Lathes to maintain high quality tight tolerance machined parts.
  • Monitor multiple CNC machines in production.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's
  Provide feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement of the company

 

Job Requirements:

• • Must be methodical and have the ability to read and program NC code.
  • Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.
  • AS9100 experience a plus.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Must be punctual, positive minded & work well with others.
