We’re looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator to enhance our safety programs and support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Policy Management: Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Violation Tracking: Monitor and track driver violations and insurance certifications to ensure compliance and safety.
• Inspection Reviews: Conduct thorough roadside inspection reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Driver Bonuses: Manage and track driver bonuses linked to safety performance.
• Administrative Support: Oversee the administrative tasks of the safety team, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in safety within the trucking or transportation industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
