Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Residential Support Specialist for an independent living facility in Everett, WA. This position combines front desk customer service, administrative support, and light facility upkeep in a residential housing environment with on-site security.

Pay: $20.77 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Location: Everett, WA

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday – Thursday

Afternoon Shift

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Thursday – Sunday

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors at the front desk
• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Answer questions and assist residents with directions and resources
• Respond to emails and complete accurate data entry and documentation
• Monitor and maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area
• Assist with meal service, including heating food, setting up serving areas, and post-meal cleanup
• Wash dishes and perform light janitorial duties as needed
• Help prepare residential units and assist with other facility-related tasks
• Follow established policies and procedures in a residential housing setting

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Ability to perform light cleaning and janitorial duties
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach when interacting with residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Food Handler's Permit required prior to start date
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
