Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Job Summary
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Blending Technician, playing a vital role in creating high-quality products through precise blending and formulation processes. You'll ensure ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and prepared to strict standards, helping deliver exceptional products while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and machinery with mechanical know-how to ensure accurate mixing of ingredients
• Follow all sanitation protocols to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination throughout production
• Adhere to HACCP and CGMP standards to ensure food safety compliance
• Maintain accurate records of blending processes, ingredient usage, and quality checks for traceability
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance/troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet production goals

Experience

• Prior manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards (HACCP, CGMP) essential
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and troubleshoot blending or packaging machinery
• Warehouse experience, including forklift certification, is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
