Express Employment is now hiring a Hunting Lodge Cook for one of our clients.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for lodge guests and staff.
- Plan menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Purchase, receive, and properly store food and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to food safety and sanitation standards.
