We are recruiting on behalf of a large, growing local company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, fabricating, and working with their hands in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Build, assemble, modify, and repair hand carts and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders and document repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial maintenance position required.
• Strong knowledge and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience fabricating, assembling, or repairing hand carts, racks, or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
