We're looking for an energetic Internal Recruiter to join a growing team responsible for hiring top talent for a well-established construction industry employer. If you enjoy connecting with people, filling positions quickly, and working toward measurable goals, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates using Indeed, databases, and passive recruiting techniques
• Create and manage online job postings
• Contact applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
• Utilize AI-assisted screening tools and structured interview processes
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommend qualified applicants to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Paycor ATS
• Help meet hiring goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred
• Skilled trades recruiting experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfortable working toward daily recruiting activity and performance goals
• Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits
