Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (40–50 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG tube welding to company quality standards
• Successfully complete an on-site MIG weld test (non X-ray)
• Read and follow work instructions and welding specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team while meeting production goals

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Must be able to pass an on-site MIG weld test
• Clear background check required
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing quality work
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment under varying conditions
• Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

Equipment

• Welding machine provided
• Candidate must provide their own welding hood
