Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Fulfillment & Shipping Associate for a growing local company in Logan. If you enjoy staying active, take pride in accuracy, and like working in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Every day is a little different as you help prepare customer orders, package products with care, and keep shipments moving on time. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Pay & Benefits

• Monday through Friday schedule

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull customer orders using printed order sheets.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, colors, and other order details.
• Carefully package products to ensure they arrive safely.
• Select appropriate boxes and shipping materials based on product size and fragility.
• Apply shipping labels and organize outgoing shipments for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Assemble gift baskets, mystery boxes, promotional packages, and influencer shipments.
• Follow quality standards and product-count guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials as needed.
• Stay productive during slower periods by identifying additional tasks.
• Assist in other warehouse or fulfillment areas as business needs change.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Follow company policies regarding attendance, workplace conduct, and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, production, packaging, or order picking is helpful but not required.
• Experience with USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping systems is a plus.
• Stable work history with positive professional references preferred.

Work Environment
This is a friendly, team-oriented workplace where quality and accuracy matter. Daily shipping volume typically ranges from 20 to 100 orders, with 500+ orders per day during the holiday season. Employees should enjoy staying busy while maintaining attention to detail and meeting shipping deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items using proper lifting techniques.
• Bend, reach, stoop, and twist throughout the day.
• Use hands and wrists continuously for packaging, labeling, and assembling orders.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment.
