Our client in Eastlake, OH is seeking Boxing candidates for there 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts.

Immediate Starts, no interview needed.

 

BOXING/ASSEMBLY JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:  on feet duration of shift, repeated lifting of up to 50 lb

 

1. Box labels & tank labels must be printed out for all tanks wound & on the line from your shift.
2. Enough boxes must be made for all tanks wound & on the line from your shift.
3. Enough boxes of bases to get the shift started. (IF A BOX HAS ONE LAYER LEFT IN IT, EMPTY THE BOX TO A FULL BOX)
4. All 16” bases need to be flamed & taped for what is wound and on the line from your shift.
5. All 14” bases need to be flamed for what is wound and on the line from your shift.
6. All 16” and or 14” single boxes need to be made for what is wound and on the line from your shift.
7. YOU ARE THE LAST STOP FOR QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE IT GOES IN THE BOX. You need to look at the tanks before putting in box.  If a tank gets to you with something cosmetic to fix (especially loose strands/fuzzy strands/any dry tank or top dome that needs sprayed/resin on inlet or in threads).  Anything that is a question about a bad tank set aside and get quality control or supervisor.
8. Any tank that needs rerolled or recirqued needs to be taken to winder on that color to be reworked. If no winders on that color, then tank gets put in a box and labeled (WINDER#/SHIFT/REASON FOR REWORK)
9. Any tank not fixable by boxer or winder needs to be written down on scrap sheet & scrap sheet needs to be fully filled out & tank(s)need thrown out, in compactor.

• Bases must be flamed, glued, and tank must be leveled for any tank 60” or taller.
