Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation Specialist

Position Overview

The Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation Specialist will lead enterprise-wide artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives for a growing consumer products organization. This role partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, redesign business processes, implement intelligent automation solutions, and integrate enterprise technologies that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, scalability, and overall business performance.

This position serves as a strategic technology partner, helping the organization accelerate innovation while ensuring AI solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Digital Transformation

  • Develop and execute the organization's AI and Digital Transformation roadmap.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI and digital technologies can improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents supporting multiple business functions.
  • Continuously optimize AI performance, user adoption, and business value.

Workflow & Process Automation

  • Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement automated workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, eliminate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency.

Enterprise Systems Integration

  • Integrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, business intelligence tools, APIs, and other business systems.
  • Ensure secure, reliable data flow and system interoperability.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI and automation technologies.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs that deliver measurable business value.

AI Governance & Adoption

  • Establish AI governance standards, responsible AI practices, documentation, training, and adoption programs.
  • Promote secure and ethical AI usage while measuring adoption, ROI, and business impact.

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

  • Apply data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to transform enterprise data into actionable business insights.
  • Support strategic decision-making through predictive analytics and data-driven recommendations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation for AI solutions, workflows, integrations, and technical standards.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on project progress, adoption metrics, ROI, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, and other business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Process Automation, Enterprise Applications, or related technology roles.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions, AI agents, workflow automation, and business process improvement initiatives using platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, data governance, and AI lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, ERP systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, REST APIs, business intelligence, data analytics, and enterprise system integration.
  • Strong project management, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
