What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales, inventory, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and inside sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Support outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate UPS, freight, and LTL shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials and inventory as needed
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Maintain organized records and efficient workflow processes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or office administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to provide professional and responsive customer support
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
