A premier local car dealership in Baton Rouge is seeking a sophisticated, well-articulated, and customer-centric professional to join the team. In this role, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact and a direct liaison between clients and service advisors.

Pay and Benefits
  • Salary: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
  • Growth: Commission opportunities available once hired on permanently, allowing you to increase your earning potential based on your work ethic.
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Schedule
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekend Work: Rotates every other Saturday
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between dealership clients and service advisors.
  • Greet clients, listen actively to their vehicle issues or requests, and accurately direct them to the appropriate advisor.
  • Manage customer flow and ensure all guests are attended to efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Handle customer conflict or sensitive situations with a calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Multitask efficiently to support both the front-facing client experience and internal dealership communications. 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, automotive sales, hospitality, or high-end customer service fields is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a highly professional demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Screening: Must be able to pass a standard 5-panel drug screen (No background check required).
