Insurance Sales Agent (Training & Licensing Provided)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local insurance agency in Killeen, TX.

Location: Killeen, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (30–35 hours per week)
Compensation: Pay will be determined based on experience and background.

Position Overview

A local insurance agency is seeking a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Agent to join their team. This is a sales-driven role focused on generating new business through outbound calling, relationship building, and helping clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

No insurance license is required to start. The agency will provide assistance and support to help the selected candidate obtain their insurance license after hire.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate and nurture new sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Sales experience
• Bartending experience
• Server/waitstaff experience
• Rental car sales or customer service experience
• Retail sales or other customer-facing roles
