Position: Insurance Agent
An Insurance Company in Fort Worth is looking to add an Insurance Agent to their team!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $15/hr without License
$18/hr with License
· Eligible to earn commission once converted to a full-time employee
· Onsite
· Temp to Hire
· To qualify, you must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines OR become licensed within 45 days from hire
· Training materials provided and support given to become licensed!
· No cost to you for training materials and exam
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Resolves customer complaints effectively, rarely resorting to complaint escalation to the Parts Manager
- This may not include all job duties
Position Qualifications:
- · Must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines
- · OR become licensed within 45 days from hire

- · CSR exp
- · Computer Skills
- · Want to pursue career in Insurance Sales
