We are seeking a Parts Sales & Inventory Coordinator to manage parts sales, inventory, and customer support activities. This role is ideal for someone with parts management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts sales and customer orders from start to finish.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, process invoices, and track warranties.
• Coordinate parts distribution and communicate with customers and production teams.
• Complete work orders and support production schedules.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems to manage orders, inventory, and shipping.

Skills

• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)

Requirements

• Previous parts sales, parts coordination, or parts management experience.
• Experience with inventory control and order processing.
• ERP/CRM experience preferred (NetSuite a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform basic warehouse activities.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
