Schedule: Sunday 12:30 PM–5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Your Team

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule staff
Foster a positive and accountable team culture
Develop employees and future leaders

Support Student Success

Conduct student assessments
Develop individualized learning plans
Ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience

Build Relationships

Welcome new families and provide exceptional customer service
Communicate student progress with parents
Create a positive experience for every family

Grow the Business

Respond to inquiries from prospective families
Conduct enrollment consultations
Help achieve enrollment and retention goals
Build relationships within the local community

Manage Daily Operations

Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and daily operations
Monitor performance metrics and support business goals

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Positive, energetic, and encouraging
An effective leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
Comfortable communicating with families and discussing enrollment options
Goal-oriented and motivated to help the business grow
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with math through Algebra II
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check and math assessment
