Position Title: Janitor
Location: Brazil, Indiana
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:45 AM – 12:15 PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Brazil, Indiana. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility by performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the building. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Wipe down countertops, tables, desks, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management.
• Perform other general janitorial and housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
