Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Learn the company's products quickly and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer information.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Quick learner with the ability to gain product knowledge and effectively sell to potential customers.
