Unique Blend of Manufacturing and Account Rep experience needed! 

Our client, a global manufacturer/distributor of industrial food cutting equipment is looking for an On Site Account Representative  to assist with preparing quotes, processing customer orders, generating invoices, coordinating shipments and assist with returns as needed.   You will work with many existing customers to discuss their requests for or questions regarding spare parts.  

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm on site (Shelton, CT location) 

Responsibilities include but ar enot limited to: 

 

• Prepare and send quotes with accuracy and timely -- interpreting parts manuals, clients spare parts needs, understanding technical documentation
• Accept orders and process - phone, email, update CRM and generate appropriate documentation (invoicing, labels)
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP system
• Identify and may need to pick parts to assist in preparing orders
• Support customers with accurate paperwork and reconcile any shipment discrepencies
• Receive incoming parts or returns and process and update transactions in CRM and ERP systems 
• Assist with inventory control activities, discrepany reporting

STRONG customer service skills 
STRONG computer skills, including Excel (basic spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, templates; simple excel formulas) 

Experience as an Account Representative, Customer Service Rep, Inside Sales Support, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving experience all a PLUS!  

Work is performed in a combined office/warehouse setting
