Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $19/hr
• Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

As an Equipment Repair Technician, you'll inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair specialized equipment while learning industry-specific systems and procedures. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy diagnosing problems and finding solutions.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Review work orders and locate equipment requiring inspection and testing.
• Inspect units for damaged, missing, or worn components.
• Assemble equipment and prepare units for testing.
• Perform functional testing to verify proper operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes of failures.
• Repair or replace components as needed.
• Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and instructional resources to support repairs.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Document findings and completed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and determine effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Mechanical, maintenance, automotive, construction, manufacturing, or repair experience is preferred.
• Experience working on specialized equipment is a plus but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move equipment components as needed.
• Manual dexterity required for assembly and repair work.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
