Maintenance / Make-Ready TechnicianExpress Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance / Make-Ready Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus on-call duties every other week.Position Requirements• EPA HVAC Certification required• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred• Must have your own maintenance tools• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyResponsibilities• Complete apartment make-ready turns in a timely manner• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues• Respond to maintenance service requests and emergency calls• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionallyBenefits• Competitive pay based on experience• Quarterly bonus opportunities• 401(k) retirement plan• Health and dental insurance available after hire• Company-provided uniforms• Stable, full-time employment with growth opportunitiesIf you are a hardworking maintenance professional looking to join a great team, we’d love to hear from you! 903-663-3559
