Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

 

Position Summary

 

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will work on a conveyor-style assembly line to assemble products and prepare them for shipment. Each step of the assembly process is essential to ensuring a high-quality finished product that meets customer specifications and quality standards.

 

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires the use of hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-step assembly tasks according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
• Read and interpret shop orders, production paperwork, layouts, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met before products move to the next stage of production.
• Identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed components and report issues as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills, including measuring and working with fractions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble products and operate tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30+ pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong visual attention to detail for inspections and quality checks.
